Need to correct myself. Wrong author and messed up the title a bit. Jack London wrote "To Build a Fire." It's a short story written about a man who ignores advise of others and ventures forth to reach a destination which he fails to accomplish. The end is that he runs out of things to make his fire and freezes to death. I believe the story is placed in Alaska during winter. Anyway, your character manages to build the fire he could not. Sorry the reference was messed up and thus the point also. I like the work, nicely done!
